What if it books me for a job I do not do?

It cannot commit you to anything. It puts a time on your calendar. You still decide every job.

  • Only people who called you or booked with you ever get a text.
  • I set your booking page to ask what the job is, so you see it before you drive out.
  • Nothing is locked in. Cancel and they get a text.
  • You set which hours can be booked.

I am Chris. Queen City Calls is me, not a call center. I set it up on your line and test it with you before you pay anything.

How the text messaging works

Plain and specific, because you should know exactly what gets sent in your name:

When someone calls your business number and the call is not answered, our system sends that caller one text message. It says you missed their call and gives them a link to book a time. If they book, they get a confirmation text and a reminder before the appointment.

Texts only ever go to someone who just called you. We never buy, import, or upload phone number lists, and we never send bulk or promotional blasts. Every message identifies your business and includes opt-out instructions. Anyone who replies STOP is removed immediately and does not get another message. Message and data rates may apply.

Questions I get every time

Can it book me at ten at night?

Only if you want it to. You set the bookable hours. I can mute the text overnight too.

Do I have to switch phone companies or give up my number?

No. Same carrier, same number, same phone. One code, dialed once, rolls unanswered calls to our line instead of voicemail. Undo it any time.

What happens if I do answer the call?

Nothing. Your cell rings first. The text only goes out on a call you did not answer.

What happens to my voicemail?

Unanswered calls hit our system instead. A booking link beats a voicemail nobody checks. Want voicemail kept? I will build it in.

How much of this do I have to set up?

None of it. I build it. When something breaks at four on a Friday, you text me, not a help desk.

Do I have to trust a robot to talk to my customers?

No, and I would not either. It does not hold a conversation and it does not pretend to be you. One text: you missed them, here is a link.
